The Service may contain third party advertisements. Advertisers are solely responsible for ad content. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your dealings with advertisers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
8. Limitation of Liability
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law
These Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Kinshasa.
