Marketplace Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to any person or company (“Seller”) using the JobiNews Marketplace located at https://news.jobiko.net/marketplace/ (“Marketplace”) to display, market, promote, sell, or ship products (“Listings”).

1. Agreement

1.1 By submitting a product listing or using the Marketplace as a Seller, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms form an agreement between you and JobiNews.

1.2 You enter into this agreement by submitting a listing electronically on the Marketplace.

2. Seller Representations

2.1 You represent and warrant that:

• All information you submit is accurate, current and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and comply with it.
• You will access the Marketplace only through authorized means.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in using the Marketplace.

3. Listings

3.1 We strive to accurately display product colors, features, and details, but cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Listings. Your display may differ from actual product colors and details.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 We only provide a platform for buyer-seller transactions. We are not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers. We disclaim any liability for losses or damages arising from your Marketplace transactions.

4.2 Where applicable laws impose warranties, our liability under those warranties is limited to the amount you paid us.

5. Fees

5.1 You agree to pay the applicable listing fees as specified on the Marketplace.

5.2 Prices are exclusive of any sales, use or value-added taxes, unless stated otherwise.

5.3 All fees are in American Dollars (USD), unless specified otherwise. You are responsible for any currency conversion or international transaction fees.

6. Cancellation

6.1 After an initial 2-month period, you must provide at least 30 days notice to cancel your Marketplace subscription.

7. Privacy

7.1 Our Privacy Policy [link] explains how we handle your personal information. By using the Marketplace, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Content

8.1 The Marketplace may contain links to third-party sites and content. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products or content.

9. Modifications

9.1 We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Please review them regularly. Your continued Marketplace use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
